Check In / Check Out

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Please note that Cervo Hotel's tennis club wing, with courts, gym, pool and spa facilities will be closed for renovation from October 7 until October 31 2009. The indoor pool will be unavailable for maintainance until January 1st, 2010.
