There is a feature room located in the main hotel building and the 34 self-contained lodges are located just a short walk away. While retaining a traditional atmosphere, each lodge is well appointed with modern comforts and facilities, including TVs, telephones, irons, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities.

The hotel offers a seasonal menu, including modern, traditional and international dishes, complemented by a selection of real ales, fine wines and speciality coffees. The licensed bar and attractive conservatory restaurant provide a relaxing atmosphere in which to dine.

Close to the region's spectacular coastline and Exmoor National Park, Barnstaple is the ancient capital of beautiful North Devon.

The Cedars Inn offers new, exciting menus at lunchtime and every evening in the beautiful conservatory restaurant, which boasts views of the hotel's peaceful and attractive gardens. Whether you are after just a quick snack or a hearty three-course dinner, there is something for everyone. The restaurant and bar offer good food, friendly service and a good range of real ales, along with carefully selected wines and speciality teas and coffees. The inn also offers a traditional carvery every Sunday lunchtime. During the summer months, you can enjoy a drink or some food in the gardens surrounding the hotel.
