Situated on Eastbourne's seafront, this friendly, traditional family-run guest house has views of the sea, the beach, the Pavilion Tea Gardens and the Redoubt Fortress Military Museum.
The Bay Lodge B&B offers clean and comfortable accommodation. There are 10 rooms, all with en suite facilities with either a bath or a shower.
A full English breakfast with fruit and cereal is served each morning and is included in the price.
There is a licensed honesty bar with Sky satellite TV and a sun lounge, where guests can relax.
There is a private car park at the rear of the building with 6 spaces available for guests use. Parking is also available, free of charge, on the roads at the sides and rear of the property.
Please note that the Bay Lodge does not have disabled access and there are 2 flights of stairs to reach some of the rooms. There are also no facilities for smokers.

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in from 15:00 may sometimes be possible if agreed with Bay Lodge in advance. The latest check-in is 23:00. You must contact Bay Lodge with your arrival time if you are due to arrive between 18:30 and 23:00. Children can only be accommodated in the Family Rooms.

Double rooms have a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table with a reading lamp, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bathrooms come complete with towels and complimentary toiletries.

This suite is formed of 2 rooms. There is 1 room with double bed and 1 room with twin beds. The rooms are linked by an internal door. There is 1 en suite bathroom (with towels and free toiletries). The rooms also have wardrobes, chests of drawers and dressing tables. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.
Breakfast is served from 8.30/9.00 on weekdays and from 08.45/9.15 at weekends. An earlier breakfast may be possible please contact us.
A22 from London. In Eastbourne follow signs To The Seafront along A2021. At traffic lights junction of A259 go straight over. At T junction B2103 turn right, hotel on right 300 metres opposite the Pavilion Tea Gardens.
