To ensure the best quality to our guests, the rooms will be renewed as from January 2010. Payment information: Personal cheques are not accepted as a form of payment. Disabled facilities: The hotel is accessible to wheelchair users and is serviced by a lift. Rooms specially adapted to disabled guests are available on request. Parking facilities are to be reserved and are available at an extra charge per day.
The Junior Suites are appointed with a large bed and 1 sofa bed. Disabled rooms are available on request (only the executive rooms are accessible for disabled guests). The breakfast buffet and use of the swimming pool and fitness centre are also included in the room rate.
Free access to swimming pool and fitness centre. During weekend 2 nights is the minimum stay, and during bank holidays 3 nights are required.
All standard double rooms are anti-allergic and have been equipped with an air cleaner. All these rooms are non-smoking and are situated in the older part of the hotel.
Our superior rooms are equipped with a small fridge and offer a cosy interior.
These rooms (since November 2006) feature standard facilites and modern furniture as well as free access to the swimming pool and fitness centre. During weekends there is a minimum stay of 2 nights and during public holidays there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. 3 executive rooms for disabled guests are also available on request.
Our breakfast buffet serves a wide range of cheese and meat, different kinds of bread, a choice of yoghurt and fruit salad from 07:30 to 10:00 each morning. Hot drinks are served at the table. The hotel's On The Rock's Bar is open 24/7 and has more than 80 different kinds of whisky. Feel free to ask the friendly staff for good places to eat. In our Lindores whisky lounge you can sit by the open fire and sample one of our many single malt whiskies.
By Public Transport: - Take a taxi from the railway station to the hotel. By Car (from Brussels E40): - Follow the Brussels-Ghent-Bruges-Ostend motorway. - At the end of the motorway you will come to a roundabout; follow the signs to the centre. - Past the 1st set of traffic lights, follow the road until you arrive at another roundabout, turn right and following the signs to the centre (on your right, you will pass the Three Master Mercator). - Keep following this road. - After the 3rd set of traffic lights you will see the Casino Kursaal Oostende; turn right to the Van Iseghemlaan (on the right corner, there is a tourist office). - Drive straight on to the top of the Albert I Promenade. - Turn right. - Turn down the Hofstraat (the 1st road on your right). - Golden Tulip Bero Oostende is at the end of the street on the left hand side.
