Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible). Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. Extra beds are not available. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Free parking in the immediate vicinity of the hotel is possible in the street, which is a blue zone. In this zone disc parking is possible for a maximum of 4 hours between 09:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Saturday. This restriction does not apply on Sundays and Belgian public holidays. The hotel offers limited on-site parking (charges apply) which can separately be reserved in advance if you wish. You are required to first check-in at the hotel. Afterwards you will be accompanied to the garage or parking. The hotel staff can assist you in English, Dutch, French and German.
