Neige et Roc, Morzine-Avoriaz

Located 30 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains and approximately 1 hour from the Swiss border, the Neige Roc hotel was built in 1905 by the family Richard; it is now a cosy and charming 3-star hotel.

During winter the Neige-Roc hotel benefits from an ideal location right next to the cable car station that brings you up to the world renowned ski resort of Avoriaz.

From here you will be able to ski 650kms of tracks linking resorts in France and Switzerland. This area is called 'Portes du Soleil' and it is the biggest ski able domain in the world! During summer the Neige-Roc hotel is situated in the midst of nature, in a peaceful and wonderful landscape - the pastures of the French Alps.

Furthermore, for our more sportive guests, the area is the departure point for numerous walks and mountain biking trails. All along the trails you will encounter our typical French farms and chalets dotted amidst the alpine flora and fauna.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
