Episode Leamington is a new style of contemporary town house hotel situated in the picturesque town of Leamington Spa. Our hotel is the ideal setting for the business or leisure traveller and is perfect for corporate guests, weekend breaks, weddings, conferences and meetings.

Episode restaurant and bar is Leamington's newest and leading dining venue. Our two newly refurbished fully air conditioned functions rooms are suitable for all types of event from a meeting or conference to weddings, christenings and family celebrations, catering for up to 70 guests. The rooms can be used separately or as one main room, due to the central dividing doors.

The highly acclaimed restaurant is the perfect setting for a relaxed, intimate candlelit dinner, family gathering or formal occasion. Progressive grill room cuisine, prime aged scotch beef, farm fresh cuisine, casual charm, fine wine, a breath of fresh air, enjoy.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 22:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Please be aware that guests staying at the hotel on a Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights throughout December may hear some noise from our Chrtsitmas parties. We of course, place all non party guests in accommodation as far away from the function as possible but there may still be a small degree of disturbance.

From the M40 Northbound - Leave the M40 at junction 13 (Leamington/Warwick turn off). Turn right over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington, follow the winding road to the roundabout. Take the third exit towards Leamington A452. From the M40 Southbound- Leave the M40 at junction 14 (Leamington turn off). Turn left over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington, follow straight road to the roundabout, take the second exit towards Leamington A452. Then continue for both directions from here - Next you will approach another roundabout, take the second exit to Leamington. You will pass the 'BMW' showrooms on your right. Continue to the next roundabout with 'Frankie & Benny's' on your right. Take the first exit, then taking the middle lane continue over this roundabout. You will pass the Ford Foundary on your right. This will be 'Princes Drive'. Follow the road to the end, at the T-junction turn right into 'Warwick New Road'. Follow road along for approx 100 yards where the road forks, take the left hand fork which becomes 'Warwick Place' continue across 'Clarendon Place (A452) into 'Warwick Street' to the last set of lights, go across the lights into 'Willes Road'. Directly after the pedestrian crossing turn left into 'Upper Holly Walk', the Royal Leamington Hotel is on your right. For a comprehensive location map, please request at time of booking.
