Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

For group bookings, the Letterkenny Court Hotel will contact the customer directly with regards to the group regulations, this includes a €400.00 booking deposit paid directly to the Hotel. Also, payment of a security bond of €50.00 per person on arrival which will be refunded on departure provided everything is in order.
