Merith House Hotel, Edinburgh

All rooms at Merith House are en suite, with LCD TV and tea/coffee. Some have views of the Leith Links Park golf course. With free street parking, the Merith is a 10-minute bus ride from the centre.

Without a restaurant or bar, Merith House can keep rates low and standards high. Many bars and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk.

Merith House is on a main bus route (the number 25 bus). This means easy access to Edinburgh attractions, such as the Palace of Holyrood, the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Malt Whisky Heritage Centre, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street and the Royal Mile.

Continental breakfast is included in the Merith's rates.

A continental breakfast is served daily and includes a selection of fresh juices, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals and toast, along with teas and coffees. Full Cooked Scottish breafast is available at £7.50 per person, this needs to be booked on arrival at the hotel.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
