The hotel was formerly 3 magnificent Regency private residences and was converted into a beautifully presented hotel at the turn of the last century. The fantastic location means that Brighton's beach, conference centre and cosmopolitan nightlife are just moments away. Situated in the heart of the city centre, the Kings Hotel is a tranquil haven retaining much of its beautiful original period character and mixing modern and traditional interiors with impeccable service from attentive staff.

Many of the 90 newly refurbished en suite rooms have magnificent sea views. All rooms are tastefully designed and feature all the modern comforts and facilities you need, whether you are exploring the city as a tourist, visiting on business or attending a conference. Each room boasts Sky satellite TV, free Wi-Fi wireless internet access and modem-link telephones.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:30, Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 10:30 on weekends and during public holiday periods. The hotel's own on-site restaurant, Pebbles, is open between 18:00 and 21:45, Monday to Friday.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 15:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit

A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

From the M23/A23: - Follow signs for Brighton City Centre and then seafront - At the roundabout opposite the Brighton Pier follow signs for Hove so you are travelling along the seafront - The hotel is located just past the West Pier. Brighton Station is just 10 minutes walking away or about 4 GBP in taxi.
