Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel is set in 44 wooded acres among the rich, quiet farmlands of the Golden Vale, only 30 minutes from Shannon Airport.
Located just 1.6 km from Adare, steeped in history, the village is an ideal base from which to explore the mid-west region with ancient churches and many ruins strewn along the banks of the majestic River Maigue. Shopping in Adare is an experience with the streets lined with enchanting thatched cottages, selling crafts, clothes and antiques. Adare is home to fashion designer Michaelina Stacpoole, whose fashions can be viewed in her shop on the main street. Adare and the surrounding area offers a wide variety of attractions and activities.

During the long hot summer days, enjoy a cool pint in the garden where seating is also available should you wish to dine outdoors.
