From the M27 take the A31 and then the A338 for the 'Wessex Way' follow it down until you see signs for the Train & Coach station. As you come into Bournemouth, you will come to St.Pauls roundabout, Asda supermarket should be on your left hand side. Take the first left off this roundabout and straight over the next roundabout. You should be in the left-hand lane and take the first left. This is Knyveton Road. The Elstead Hotel is situated about 100 yards on the left.
