The Woodstock House Hotel - Guest House, Chichester

This charming, characterful 18th century farmhouse nestles within the heart of the breathtaking, picturesque South Downs and is only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Chichester.

The South Downs Way passes just behind the hotel, making our bed and breakfast guest house a great base for walking. Stay in our quaint comfortable bedrooms and dine with us on Friday and Saturday nights; book a table early to avoid disappointment or eat at the many excellent country inns and restaurants in the area. We have a sample menu on our own website and we offer free wireless internet access in all public areas and 12 of our bedrooms.

Our accommodation comprises 13 en suite rooms with all modern amenities set around an attractive courtyard garden which was originally the farm yard. We now serve complimentary afternoon tea in summer here upon arrival. This is a non-smoking establishment.

• You may check in from 15:00 hours until 22:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 35.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
