Situated on the Ring Road, opposite the North Hampshire Hospital, the hotel is easily accessible to the region's major roads and offers free parking for up to 200 cars. Furthermore, the hotel features a purpose-built conference and banqueting centre containing 15 meeting rooms, the largest of which caters for 200 people. All of these meeting rooms contain the latest in conferencing equipment.
For those who wish to relax, the Apollo Hotel offers the impressive Horizons Health and Beauty facility. The centre has an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, several beauty treatment rooms and a fully equipped gym.

Each of the hotel’s 125 rooms is tastefully furnished to the highest standard. Rooms ranging from executive rooms to deluxe suites are available. Every room is comfortable and well equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base, including TVs with Freeview digital channels.
These rooms can either be configured with one king-sized double or 2 twin beds. The rooms are also equipped with a couch, which can be made into an extra bed. Each room has a bathroom with a separate shower.

By road, via M3 - Exit junction 6, follow the ring road north, signposted Newbury/Aldermaston. Take the ring road exit for Aldermaston (A340). At the roundabout, take the 5th exit into Popley Way. The entrance to the hotel is immediately on the first left. By road, via M4 - Exit M4 junction 11 and follow the A33, signposted Basingstoke. Once you enter Basingstoke, follow signs for the ring road. At the ring road roundabout junction, follow signs for Newbury and take the first exit off of the ring road, signposted Aldermaston (A340). At the roundabout, take the 5th exit into Popley Way. The entrance to the hotel is immediately on the first left. By rail - 45 minutes from Waterloo Station. By air - Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are approximately 45 minutes drive away.
