Cancellations

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

The guest house does not accept American Express or Diners Club (not as a payment nor guarantee for the room). Every effort will be made to allocate the rooms according to your choice. Rooms cannot be guaranteed (especially in the high season) except for the Comfort Room, where guests should state if they are disabled or have walking difficulties.
