The hotel's award-winning restaurant, Henleys, overlooks the swimming pool and terrace. The restaurant prides itself on good, traditional home-cooked food made using fresh local produce. Run by highly acclaimed chef, John Sanderson, it is open at lunchtimes and evenings for outstanding service and food. Bar snacks are available, as is poolside dining, subject to season. A full wine list and champagne are always available.
Directions
By Train: Trains run from London Waterloo direct to Bournemouth in 1 hour, 50 minutes. Trains also run from the Midlands and the North. Outside Bournemouth station, a taxi can easily take you to the hotel, or you can take the number 24 bus direct to the hotel. By Coach: Get off at Bournemouth Travel Interchange and take the number 24 bus direct to the hotel. By Local Bus: Take the number 24 bus to Alum Chine and ask for the New Dean Roundabout - the hotel is directly located on it. By Air: Bournemouth International Airport is 6 miles (9.6 km) from the town centre. Outside the Arrival Hall take the A1 bus to the Westcliff - ask the driver for the New Durley Dean Roundabout and get off here. This bus runs every hour from 06:00 until 18:00 (Monday to Sunday).
