Cancellations

If cancelled up to 25 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 85.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
