Our hotel is located in a residential area close to the Parc Sainte- Odile.

The streetcar takes you to the historical districts in the city centre (Promenade du Peyrou). Our hotel have 147 apartments, ranging from a studio to a two-room apartment. A garden and a splendid outdoor swimming pool provide additional leisure opportunities.

• You may check in from 15:00 hours until 00:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.01 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
