Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00 (hotel's local time). Rooms cannot be guaranteed after 23:00. If you are scheduled to arrive at the hotel later than 23:00, please contact the hotel, in advance, in order to inform them, using the contact details provided in your confirmation email. In the case of no-show and if you cannot cancel your reservation after 23:00, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the booking.
