Located southwest of Montpellier and 14 km from the Mediterranean Sea, Beziers lies on a hill that overlooks the Orb River, where it flows into the Canal du Midi. Capital of the Languedoc region, Béziers is also famous for its bullfights and love of rugby. As you approach the city on the Pont Neuf you can enjoy spectacular views of the city particularly its cathedral. And the top of the cathedral tower offers an impressive view of the surrounding vine-covered landscape.
Campanile Béziers - Villeneuve-les-Béziers is perfectly located in this wonderful area and makes a good starting point to discover the town, as well as to enjoy the close by beaches and numerous sites of the region. By Car (from Montpellier or Perpignan): - Take the A9 motorway. - Take the exit 35 signposted Béziers-Est. - After the toll, carry on straight forward for about 100 metres. - And turn right at the second traffic light. From Béziers Centre: - Take the N112 or N1112 towards the A9 motorway. - Then, at the crossroad head towards Parc des Expositions.
