Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 13.00 per day.

All children are welcome. Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

By Car: From the M6 (north or south): - Exit the M6 at junction 6 - Take the A38 Aston road. - Follow signs for the M5 West and A456 Kidderminster. - Continue to the roundabout (Paradise Circus). - Leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit onto Broad Street. - The Novotel is halfway up on the right-hand side, opposite the Travelodge.
