The hotel also houses the Cafe West Coffee Dock, which offers tea and coffees, as well as sandwiches, wraps and snacks. In addition, a KidsPlus playroom and entertainment programme is available seasonally.

When it comes to dining, guests are spoiled for choice with 4 different dining options available within the hotel. The Pine Room is one of Ennis' oldest restaurants and boasts a reputation for exquisite yet affordable à la carte dining. Additional Costs: Leisure Centre: EUR 4.00 per person or EUR 10.00 per family. Charges apply for peak times only. Peak times are 07:00 to 09:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday only. Credit card details are required to guarantee bookings. Otherwise, one night's deposit is taken. The deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or late cancellation.

By Car: - From the North, follow the main N18 Galway to Limerick road into Ennis Town. - Go through Ennis and continue to follow signs toward Limerick/Shannon. - The Best Western West County Hotel is located on the right side as you are leaving Ennis. - From Shannon Airport and the South, follow the main N18 Galway road. - As you enter Ennis, the West County Hotel is located on the left-hand side.
