The Breaffy House Hotel is situated just outside the bustling town of Castlebar. The hotel dates back to 1890 and is an excellent base from which to explore the whole region. Breaffy House Hotel's location offers easy access to numerous tourist attractions including Westport, Connemara national park and Knock Shrine. The hotel is a short drive from Knock international Airport.
Relax in the Kingfisher Aqua and Fitness Centre located in the Breaffy House Hotel. It has a 20 metre indoor pool, a fully equipped gym, 3 water therapy pool beds including a volcano feature and water curtain, sauna and Jacuzzi. This centre is perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
The hotel's Mulberry Restaurant serves tasty and wholesome meals, prepared with the freshest of local produce. This award-winning restaurant is great for a romantic meal for 2, and can also accommodate larger parties.

It will re-open in March 2009.
