About New Hall Hotel & Spa hotel

The 800-year-old New Hall Hotel & Spa is 8 miles (12.9 km) from central Birmingham. Following a renovation, the health club, spa, and well-furnished rooms blend with the hotel's medieval character.

New Hall Hotel offers modern British hospitality in the North-Birmingham suburb of Sutton Coldfield. It is just off the M42 motorway and 20 minutes from the NEC.

The hotel is set in 26 acres of mature, elegant grounds and is widely reputed to be the oldest inhabited moated manor house in England. The moat is home to migrating ducks and geese and some of the largest carp in the Midlands.

Each room is different, and has free broadband, fine cotton sheets and comfortable bathrobes. New Hall has a restaurant, a brasserie and a terrace for al fresco dining.

The Bridge Restaurant is a unique dining experience serving British cuisine with the finest ingredients prepared with imagination and originality. The Terrace Brasserie has a tempting range of home-cooked favourites and a friendly welcome. Alternatively dine al fresco on our terrace and admire the moat and surrounding grounds. Directions

Road From m42 junction 9 onto a4097 Walmley/Sutton Coldfield. At first roundabout, take 2nd exit to Walmley. Take 2nd exit off next 4 roundabouts. At 5th roundabout follow signs for Sutton Coldfield onto Walmley Road. The hotel is immediately on the left. There are 70 car parking spaces at no charge. Railway and the Tube Birmingham New Street rail station is 9 miles away. Air Birmingham International Airport is about 20 minutes drive away. A taxi is advisable.
