Flackley Ash is a delightful Georgian country house nestling in the Sussex countryside near the historic town of Rye. Set in beautiful woodland, this is the perfect place to relax.
Owned by the Betteridge family, Flackley Ash offers a warm, friendly atmosphere, sensibly priced fine wines and an award-winning candle-lit restaurant. The hotel boasts an indoor swimming pool, new hydro-pool, saunas, steam room and gym. Be pampered in the beauty rooms which offer treatments from manicures to aromatherapy massage. Please book these before your arrival. All 45 bedrooms are individually furnished and are equipped with every modern facility. Choose from delightful rooms in the main house or modern rooms overlooking the gardens or Sussex farmland, including some with private patios.

From the M25 orbital motorway: Take junction 5 onto the A21, signposted Tunbridge Wells/ Hastings. Follow this until you come to Flimwell. At the traffic lights turn left onto the A268 and continue to Newenden. 500 yards after the narrow bridge in Newenden, take the left turn, signposted Rye (A268). Flackley Ash is on the left-hand side when entering Peasmarsh. From Rye: Take the A268 towards London. The hotel is on the right-hand side, in the village of Peasmarsh.
