IMI Residence, Dundrum, Dublin

IMI Residence is a tranquil haven on the edge of the vibrant Dundrum Village. This unique property is located on the grounds of the Irish Management Institute and it consists of 50 stylist bedrooms which have views of either the Dublin Mountains or the 12 acres of manicured lawns.

IMI is located just off the M50 motorway and is within walking distance of the world renowned Dundrum Shopping Centre where guests may saunter around the many shops or enjoy the many fine restaurants and bars. For those who wish to visit Dublin city centre the 44A bus stop is located just outside the IMI grounds, also the local tram(LUAS) is located a short walk away

Three different menus are offered in the evening time, the food is delivered from local restaurants and can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own room or in the lounge area.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

13.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

From the airport on the m50: On to the M50 heading southbound, continue along the motorway through the toll bridge until you see a sign for Ballinteer/Dundrum/Sandyford. This is Exit Number 13. Take the 2nd exit off the roundabout and continue straight ahead. Go through three roundabouts and you will have Tesco Petrol Station on your left. The next set of traffic lights is at a large crossroads. Here, take the right turn and go straight up the hill. Straight through one roundabout and we are up there on the right hand side. You will see a sign for the IMI.
