Chester Residence has chic designer suites within a Georgian town house in the West End of Edinburgh. It is walking distance from art galleries, museums, shops, cafes and restaurants.
Each suite is a luxurious, spacious home-from home. Enjoy excellent service, a full reception, a concierge and daily servicing. Each suite has luxurious toiletries, robes, slippers, a wide-screen TV and an iPod dock.
Each day, your suite will be stocked with continental breakfast for you to enjoy at your convenience.
Chester Residence has free Wi-Fi, and in-house spa treatments are available on request. Gym facilities can be arranged at a nearby leisure centre. Private car hire and a chauffeur service can be arranged.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The Mews Suite, with its own private entrance, offers 1600 square ft of luxury with 2 bed, 3 bathrooms, spacious living accommodation and private landscaped gardens. Both bedrooms feature designer wet rooms with rain showers and the master has private access to the garden. The accommodation can comprise either of 2 king-size rooms or 1 king-size and 1 twin room. The apartment also features a separate bathroom with roll top bath and tile TV. The large and fully equipped kitchen and living room has dining for 6 people and direct access to private patio and gardens. There is an integrated surround sound system throughout the apartment, with i-Pod dock, DVD and CD player.
The classic suite offers a stunning reception room with feature fireplace and dining for 4 people. The accommodation is over 1000 square ft overlooking classic architecture in Rothsey Place. The apartment has one king size or twin bedroom with separate bathroom with bath and rain shower. The fully fitted kitchen offers all the facilities of home. Both the lounge and bedrooms feature flat screen TVs with integrated sound system.
The Grand suite offers our most spectacular entertaining space with stunning picture window and Paris balcony with open views. The spacious dining table can comfortable accommodate up to eight people. Original cornicing and grand fireplace add to the ambience of this spectacular suite. There is an integrated surround sound system throughout the apartment, with iPod dock, DVD and CD player. Features king size bedroom over looking gardens with separate bathroom and rain shower over bath.
The Club Suite, with its contemporary decor, is the ideal accommodation for either two couples or families comprising of 2 bed and 2 bathrooms over 1100 square ft. The stylish kitchen is open plan with a dining area for 4 and views over Dean Village. There is an integrated surround sound system throughout the apartment, with iPod dock, DVD and CD player. The apartment also features a separate work station which can be concealed when not required.
The Penthouse suite, as the name suggest is a luxurious executive apartment with 1100 square ft. Ideal for the discerning business traveller or a romantic break. The lounge and kitchen boast spectacular views towards the Firth of Forth. The spacious bedroom features a super king-sized bed and stylish decor. The striking bathroom comprises of a double separate rain shower, twin sinks and double roll top bath. There is an integrated surround sound system throughout the apartment, with iPod dock, DVD and CD player.
We do not have a restaurant. Continental breakfast is delivered to your suite daily. We can arrange lunch or dinner at an excellent restaurant less than a 100 metres (100 yards) from The Chester Residence.
The Chester Residence is 1 km from Princes Street and Charlotte Square and can easily be found using the reference eh3 7rf. Edinburgh Airport is only 20 minutes away by airport bus or taxi. Main line stations are a few minutes walk away.
