Chester Residence, Edinburgh

Chester Residence has chic designer suites within a Georgian town house in the West End of Edinburgh. It is walking distance from art galleries, museums, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Each suite is a luxurious, spacious home-from home. Enjoy excellent service, a full reception, a concierge and daily servicing. Each suite has luxurious toiletries, robes, slippers, a wide-screen TV and an iPod dock.

Each day, your suite will be stocked with continental breakfast for you to enjoy at your convenience.

Chester Residence has free Wi-Fi, and in-house spa treatments are available on request. Gym facilities can be arranged at a nearby leisure centre. Private car hire and a chauffeur service can be arranged.

We do not have a restaurant. Continental breakfast is delivered to your suite daily. We can arrange lunch or dinner at an excellent restaurant less than a 100 metres (100 yards) from The Chester Residence.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 25.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 35.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
