Cancellations

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 3.50 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.78 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 13.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 13.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
