Cancellations

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Christmas opening times: The Spa will be closed 24 - 26 Dec, 28 - 29 Dec & 1st Jan The Gym and Swimming Pool will be closed on 25th December and has limited opening hours during Christmas week. Same sex groups are accepted, however, for hen and stag parties the hotel requires the party leader to sign a disclaimer to prevent damage to hotel property.
