The hotel is set in 20 acres of landscaped gardens and located just 13 kilometres from Shannon Airport. There is a business class and ladies level. Other facilities include outdoor tennis courts, a children's play area and extensive gardens.

Directions from Shannon Airport (12km - direct flights to USA, UK and Ireland): - Take the 1st exit of the roundabout onto the N18 - At the next 2 roundabouts, take the 2nd exits for the N18. - At Shannon Town Roundabout, take the 2nd exit on to the N18 (signposted Galway, Limerick). - At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, then merge onto the N18. - Continue along the N18 and turn right onto the other side of the dual carriageway, following signs for Radisson SAS Hotel & Spa.
