Group Policy - Terms & Conditions Multiple reservations (more than 8 rooms) is considered as a group booking therefore a deposit equivalent of 1 nights amount is required when confirming. Cancellation policy is 1 week prior to arrival date, rooming list to reach the hotel by then. In addition to this all groups must pay any remaining balance in full four weeks prior to date of arrival.
