10 rooms are furnished to the highest standard with sumptuous beds by Hypnos, and stunning en suite facilities including high pressure, invigorating showers.

Orchid is the best room at The Relish. It's a lovely, light and spacious room with wonderful views over Augusta Gardens from the bay window. There is plenty of room to relax, with a modern solid oak four-poster bed in the centre of the room and a sofa in the bay window. There is a a 32-inch (81 cm) LCD TV with DVD player. If you have to work, a full-size desk awaits. The large and very light bathroom features an over-sized bath (large enough for 2!) and a separate shower. This rate includes full English breakfast, mineral water in your room, a glass of wine or beer on arrival, homemade cakes and unlimited fresh tea and coffee throughout your stay. Children cannot be accommodated in this room.

The Ochre room is spacious and has a contemporary feel that works with the period features of the room. With a king-size bed by Hypnos, a modern leather sofa and lots of natural daylight from the bay window, it is the ideal place to relax, read or watch a DVD The bathroom has a lovely, deep roll-top bath and separate shower, whilst the counter top sink is a modern classic. Located at the front of the building, this room looks west towards Trinity Church. These compact double bedded rooms are very light, bright and have a contemporary feel, whilst retaining the original architecture of this period building. Indigo and Trinity both have baths with the usual powerful Relish showers over them. Steeple, a slightly larger bedroom located at the top of the building is equipped with an over-sized shower. Being at the front of the building these rooms have views of the West End and the landmark spire of Trinity Church. The rate also includes mineral water in your room, a glass of wine or beer on arrival and unlimited fresh coffee, tea and homemade cake throughout your stay. These rooms are located at the top of the building and are very spacious. Normally set out as a large double (6-feet), these rooms can also be set up as twin rooms. Just mention 'twin' in the guest comments when booking. 'Cliff' has a view across Augusta Gardens to the White Cliffs of Dover, whilst 'Chimneys' has an elevated view across the West End towards Trinity Church. This rate also includes mineral water in the room, a glass of wine or beer on arrival, homemade cake and unlimited fresh tea and coffee throughout your stay. 'Cliff' can accommodate up to 2 children in either cots or foldaway beds (see additional costs under Hotel Policies). Restaurants and Bars
Overlooking Augusta Gardens and the terrace, the breakfast room catches the morning sun, enhancing the breakfast experience. A full English breakfast is included in all of the rates. Breakfast also includes a cold buffet, featuring such delights as home-made bread, fresh fruit and cereals. Breakfast is available from 07:30 to 09:00, Monday to Friday, and from 08:30 to 10:00 on weekends and during public holiday periods. An early starter takeaway breakfast is always available at no extra charge.
Directions
From the m20 leave at Junction 13, follow signs for town centre (a20). At the second set of traffic lights, take the middle lane and go straight on into Beachborough Rd, continue on this road under the railway bridge, as it becomes Shorncliffe Rd. After a mile turn right into Earls Ave (a259). Take the second turning on the left into Bouverie Rd West, Augusta Gardens/Trinity Gardens is the next turning on the right and the hotel is on the left.
