This friendly guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from Reykjavik city centre.

We are 5 minutes walk from the city centre, university, national museum, and Vesturbjarlaug thermal outdoor swimming pool.

There are 3 single rooms and 6 double rooms. All are nicely furnished and domestic. There are 2 fully-equipped kitchens and 3 bathrooms. Guests also have access to a large dining and living room with a television set, VCR and DVD player.

Guests can make themselves a breakfast and cook light meals.

Check In / Check Out

• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 23.10 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
