Ye Olde Anchor Inn, set in the medival town of Ruthin, offers the perfect spot to spend a night whilst touring North Wales.
The 18th century inn, with its low ceilings and oak beams, used to be a stopping place for drovers on their way from Holyhead to Shropshire. Now there's always a welcome from the owners Stephanie and David. Since they took over Ye Olde Anchor Inn in June 2003 they have transformed the accommodation and established a reputation for quality cuisine.

Serving fine food at modest prices, everything is cooked to order using fresh ingredients, delivered daily - you really will appreciate the difference in taste. Only the best local produce is used, such as Welsh beef and lamb raised in animal-friendly, free-range conditions. Enjoy a choice from either the daily bar menu or the new Malthouse Menu. Special diets or preferences can be catered for, with advance notice.
