Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

From the m55 Motorway take Junction 4, turn right onto the a583 for two miles, then turn right onto the a587. Carry straight on for 2.5 miles, over the railway bridge to the traffic lights (b&q on the right), turn left into Warbreck Hill Road and head towards the seafront, we are No.1 On your left. From North Pier, drive north for one mile along the Promenade to Gynn Square and take the second exit onto Warbreck Hill Road and we are on the right. Public Transport: From Blackpool North Railway Station turn right into Talbot Road and right again into Dickson Road. Board a No.3 Or No.4 Bus to Gynn Square. Turn right onto Warbreck Hill Road and we are on the right.
