Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person older than 18 years per night is not included.

Deposit

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 37.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children under 11 years stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
