Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 15:00 hours until 23:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.95 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Deposit

25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
