The hotel features entertainment most nights, a coffee shop, dining room, lounges & bars, health complexes, swimming pools, sun terraces, games rooms and children's soft play areas. All bedrooms are en-suite and centrally heated, with added comfort of colour television, tea/coffee making facilities and direct dial telephone.

If cancelled up to 43 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A fixed amount of GBP 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 6.00 per night for cots. All children from 2 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
The full amount is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If making a reservation within 8 weeks then the full amount is required at the time of booking.
