From the West - Exit the a5 Shrewsbury Bypass on the the b4386, signposted Montgomery. Follow this road for approximately 15 miles, turning left for the village of Chirbury. On entering Chirbury, turn left for Churchstoke. At the junction, turn right onto the a489 heading for Newtown. Approximately 1 1/2 miles along this road, turn left at the crossroads for Bishops Castle. Mellington Hall Hotel's entrance can be found approximately 1/2 a mile on the right hand side.
