The standard rooms are anything but standard in their decoration and comfort. Some feature opulent Regency-style furnishings with tester bed and velvet drapes, while others use sophisticated paint techniques to provide a more modern environment. One room has a beautiful mural covering the entire room, evoking a tropical island feel. All have a table and seating area, and en suite bathrooms, complete with either a spa-pool bath or double rain shower. While none of these rooms has a direct sea view, some have enticing glimpses of the sea and the square.
The spacious luxury rooms feature hand painted decorations. Attractive painted furniture or teak furnishings are used, and the tiled bathrooms have a spa-jet bath and hand-held shower. Molton Brown toiletries complete the picture. Some rooms have a lovely view over Regency Square and the sea.
The charming Junior Suites are like the interiors of the Royal Pavilion. They contain a draped four-poster bed, chaise longue and separate seating area beside the window. The rooms are furnished with rich antique furniture and chandeliers. The large bathrooms have a large corner bath, separate walk-in shower and Molton Brown toiletries. Each has sweeping sea views; one suite has its own private balcony.
The charming Breakfast Room and Pavilion Bar are decorated in the Chinoiserie-style of the Dining Room of the Royal Pavilion. The breakfast buffet is accompanied by English breakfast, cooked freshly to order.
The Royal Pavilion Townhouse Hotel is located in Regency Square opposite the Famous West Pier on Brighton's Seafront, and is within easy reach of the major motorway links, with Gatwick airport conveniently located 30 minutes away by car and 45 minutes by train. Brighton Station is a short distance away and the main bus/coach terminals, operating services to Heathrow airport and London, is a short walk from the hotel.
