Number Ten is a city-centre Georgian town house offering individual, stylish suites. Located in an exclusive residential area, you will find elegance, comfort and excellent service.
Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, and other rooms are smaller and more intimate, yet stylish and functional. You will be received as a guest in a private home and looked after by courteous and well-trained staff.
Many suites have a jacuzzi baths, some of which are designed for 2 people. The protected Grade One building has no lift, but helpful staff will bring your luggage to your room.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Trains: From Waverley Station turn right and cross Princes Street, George Street and Queen Street. Once on Queen Street walk down Hanover Street onto Heriot Row. At end of Heriot Row turn right onto India Street. At the bottom of India Street is Gloucester Place and the hotel. From Edinburgh Airport/Glasgow: Follow signs towards city centre. As soon as you arrive on Princes Street you see the castle on your right - turn left down Charlotte Square. At the bottom, turn right onto Queen Street then take 1st left and 1st left again onto Heriot Row. Turn right into India Street - at the bottom of India Street is Gloucester Place. The hotel is approximately 7 miles from the airport. From Princes Street: Turn onto Hanover Street. Continue until you reach Queen Street then cross and walk ahead as far as Heriot Row. Turn left into Heriot Row and then right into India Street. At the bottom of India Street you will find Gloucester Place and the hotel.
