Built in 2004, Olivarius Apart'Hotel is a new concept unique in Europe. Olivarius offers 112 apartments. Inside the hotel, you will find olives trees.
Olivarius can provide you with any variety of apartment depending on your needs, each apartment is equipped with a dvd player, a television, home theatre and a kitchen fully equipped. You will have unlimited, free Internet access via a broadband service. Our Bar Lounge has beautiful and comfortable sofas from Pakistan and Rajhastan, where you can enjoy our selection of music.

Cancellations
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges
5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Deposit
A fixed amount of EUR 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
