Appart'city Cap Affaires Blois, located in the city centre between the Loire River and the train station, is 350 metres from the castle and close to many shops and restaurants.
The residence offers you furnished and fully-equipped apartments for 1 or 2 people with warm and sophisticated living areas where you will find comfort, welfare and relaxation.
Apartments include a functional kitchenette, a living area with a sofa bed or 2 separated beds, table and chairs, desk, telephone and TV. Wi-Fi internet access is also available throughout the residence.
The surrounding area of Blois provides a scenic setting on the banks of the Loire. Discover the beautiful architecture displayed by the Chateau de Blois and the Chateau de Chambord.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Reception is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 except on Wednesdays when it is open from 14:00 to 17:00. It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays.
For stays of 6 days or less, the accommodation will not be cleaned. For stays from 7 to 29 days, the accommodation will be cleaned once a week.
The studio has an area ranging from 18 to 20m². It features a kitchen area with electric hobs and crockery, a living room with pull-out bed that can either make a large bed (160 cm) or 2 single beds (80 cm), and a table and chairs.
Please note that breakfast is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
By bus: line 5 - stop 'gare sncf'. Train station: when you exit on the right direction rue Ducoux 250m. By car: direction city centre/castle then sation and ingeniering school (eivl).
