Reception team members are under the supervision of the manager of the resort. They are trained to assist you in making the most of the services. The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 19:00 during the week and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and bank holidays. If you plan on arriving during closing times, please contact the residence one day before your arrival in order to get the access code.

• You must check out by 10:30 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
