The Appart'city is located near the Cité des Sciences and the Paris Nord and Est train stations. All well-equipped apartments are fitted a living room, desk area and satellite TV.

The Appart'city Cap Affaires Paris is next to the Ourcq Metro station. This means Paris's main attractions, including the famous Louvre and the Eiffel Tower, are all easily accessible.

Breakfast will be served from Monday to Friday only (from 07:00 to 09:00).

Cancellations

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the reception opening hours. Breakfast: Please note that breakfast is not served at weekends.

By Car: - Take the ring road. - Take the exit signposted Porte de Pantin. - And then follow the road sings towards Place Stalingrad. By Public Transport: Take metro line 5 and get off at Ourcq. By Train: From Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, take metro line 5 and get off at Ourcq.
