For more than 175 years the Pomme d'Or has been a focal point of Jersey hospitality, and is a short stroll from Jersey's main shopping and business district.
Recently awarded 4 stars by the RAC and AA, the hotel provides the highest standards of comfort and service to leisure and business travellers. The Pomme d'Or Hotel has always held an enviable reputation in Jersey for the quality and variety of its restaurants.
The hotel is also an ideal base from which to explore the island. Within easy reach are the tourist information centre, taxi ranks, the bus station, inter-island France and UK ferry terminals and Jersey's main sports and leisure complex, Fort Regent.
The 'Pomme', as the hotel is affectionately known, has recently benefited from a GBP 5 million refurbishment programme, with new bedrooms providing better facilities and more spacious accommodation. The conference and banqueting facilities have been upgraded to satisfy the demands of business visitors.

The hotel will be refurbishing the main conference room from 29 June 2009 until 04 September 2009. The hotel will try to keep any disruption to a minimum.
Premier rooms overlook Liberation Square and the yacht marina. In addition to the standard facilities, these rooms have a separate lounge area. The rooms also offer additional facilities including a separate walk-in shower and computer modem points.
The Harbour Room Restaurant offers buffet-style service for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a light, modern setting. With views across Liberation Square to the marina, this is a relaxed restaurant with a reputation for Sunday lunch, and its Friday seafood buffet. Stylish, relaxed and informal, the Pomme Café Bar serves everything from afternoon tea to late-night light bites. Fresh croissants, pastries and coffee are served at breakfast. Catch up on the day's news via the free Wi-Fi access or internet screens. In the evening, the bar becomes a focal point for St Helier's buzzing social scene. La Petite Pomme is an award-winning à la carte restaurant available only for private events.
One of the attractions of visiting Jersey for holiday or business is that you can fly from so many airports in the UK, Ireland or Continental Europe with well-known airlines. In addition there are daily high-speed passenger and car ferry services from the south coast of England and France. The hotel is located in the heart of St. Helier overlooking Liberation Square. A one-way system operates around the hotel and access to the square is only available eastbound from La Route de la Liberation. The main bus station is nearby, with regular services to the airport and all points across the Island of Jersey.
