Please note we offer hostel facilities,including self-catering kitchens,self service coin operated laundry facilities and none of the rooms are en suite.
For over a decade the Berkeley Street Backpacker Group has provided quality budget bunked accommodation to students and international visitors. To keep up with demand due to our popularity, we have expanded from our original base to 15 times that of the original, but all with the same formula of independent small hostels, sharing the same joint reception for all accommodation. The diversity in room choice and the price give us an unparalleled scope to accommodate the individual traveller, couple or the largest university dept. Located in a city renowned for a huge and diverse collection of art treasures in 21 art galleries, offering free admission and a plethora of student nightlife, clubs, churches and musical scenes, we are at the heart of it all in the West End conservation zone. Our budget coin operated laundry is complemented by Internet facilities (across the street the library offers 50 free Internet terminals until 8pm), quality budget breakfasts and free secure bike sheds. The abundant showers and several lounges, including a library, tv lounge and bbq. Areas in both our secluded courtyards provide an abundant and eclectic range of meeting places, or chill out zones as you wish. Miss us and miss out.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Each room has been decorated to a high standard and contains 4 single beds.
From Buchanan bus station: Turn left onto Renfrew street, take first left onto Renfield Street. Second right onto Bath Street and follow road along to end. Berkeley Street is a continuation off Bath Street. From Central Station: Come out of the station and turn left, then first right, walk up Hope Street until you come to Bath Street, turn left and follow road along to end. Berkeley Street is a continuation off Bath st.
