Debbie and Alison focus on providing clean rooms, friendly service and home-cooked food. Kingsholm has an AA Dinner Award.

Important Information
Payment Information: Please note that there is a GBP 2 charge for card payments. Unfortunately, the terraced nature of the site and historic character of the building means that the guest house has so far been unable to provide ramped access, and does not have a lift. Guests should be aware that all bedrooms are accessed via the staircases. The path from the front gate includes several sets of steps, and there is a flight of steps from the car park. Please note that the Kingsholm has no special facilities for children and does not offer a reduced tariff.

Restaurants and Bars
Breakfast is included in the room price and is served between 08:30 and 09:00. Early breakfasts are available by prior arrangement. Evening meals, including 3 courses plus coffee, are available at an additional cost and should be booked in advance. Alternatively, evening meals are included in the price of the rooms designated as including bed, breakfast and evening meals. Evening meals are served at 18:00.
Directions
By Car From Exeter (M5): - Take the A380 and follow signs for Torquay. - On entering Torquay, follow signs for the harbour. - At the seafront, turn left, and drive past the Princess Theatre, turning left again at the small roundabout. - When you reach the clock tower roundabout, turn left into Torwood Street (which becomes Babbacombe Road). - The guest house is about 400 yards ahead on the left, just after the bowling alley but before the museum. On Foot From Torquay Station: Walk onto the seafront and turn left (sea on your right). Follow the seafront past the Princess Theatre, and then turn left around the harbour to the clock tower roundabout. Then follow as above.
