All older children or adults are charged GBP 21.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
There is a 2% charge for all credit card transactions. 3 days minimum booking for bank holiday weekends (fri/sat/sun), bookings for less than this will be canceled. If a guest is found smoking in their room we reserve the right to ask the guest to leave and a de-fumigation charge of £98.00 will apply.
Leave the A55 onto the A470 to Llandudno (do not turn into Llandudno Junction)follow the road into Llandudno drive along the main high street past Woolworths at the roundabout turn left onto Gloddaeth St and then turn right at the mini roundabout into Arvon Avenue. We are a third of the way up on the right.
